Buy your pig from Hopkins Hog Farm in Aguila, AZ. Elijah sells his pigs at various sizes. If you are looking for a market size, natural pig without smoking, Bob can make arrangements to obtain one for you. Processing cost is based on hanging carcass weight and the amount of sausage. Expect higher processing cost with more sausage. Price is based on an average cut.

Wait time depends on availability and butchering schedule. No animal is butchered before it is sold.

KD Cattle Co. is raising your beef. If your looking for a good quality beef with great flavor and tenderness, look no further. A grass/corn fed beef or grass fed beef costs $3.00lb on the hanging weight and the butcher/processing is included to make it simpler for the client. You will lose some weight during processing due to bone, moisture and fat loss. A 20-25% loss is not uncommon on corn fed beef and varies from one animal to the next. The average cost per lb on packaged weight is $3.60-3.80lb across the board from hamburger to good steaks. Since cost depends on the weight, we ask you to get in touch with Bob for a quote and realize these are approximates only.

We have reduced the cost per pound due to the decrease in the price of feed recently. Savings to you! The pictures in this section are from one of our own grass/corn fed beef. Grass fed will be leaner.

Currently we have found no buffalo to meet the demands.  Lamb should be available in the fall, call to be put on the waiting list.
